Across our Fulham projects, we’re seeing strong demand for two quite different directions at the moment. The first is a refined, pared-back contemporary look – handleless cabinetry in warm neutrals, quartz or sintered stone worktops, and integrated appliances that disappear into the design. The second is a more character-driven approach rooted in traditional craftsmanship – in-frame or shaker cabinetry, aged brass or pewter hardware, and unlacquered or oiled timber surfaces that develop over time. What both have in common is a move away from purely functional kitchens toward spaces that are genuinely beautiful to spend time in.

The honest answer is: visit the showroom, and then let us visit your home. A showroom visit gives you an intuitive sense of which styles resonate – often faster than hours of online browsing. A home visit gives our designers the spatial information they need to advise on what will genuinely work in your specific room: which layouts suit the proportions, which door finishes will read well in your light, which worktop materials are right for how you use the kitchen. The combination of both usually clarifies most decisions within one or two sessions.

Yes, every design we produce is rendered in full 3D before any order is placed. The renders are photorealistic rather than schematic: accurate materials, correct proportions, realistic lighting. We find clients make significantly better decisions when they can see a spatial representation of their kitchen rather than working from floor plans and samples alone. The 3D design is included as part of our standard design process at no additional charge, and you can request revisions – as many as you need – until the design is exactly right.

A layout is the spatial arrangement of the kitchen – where the units sit, where appliances go, how the workflow functions. A design encompasses all of that plus the visual, material, and sensory elements: the door style, finish, colour, worktop, hardware, lighting, and how all of those things work together as a coherent whole. Getting the layout right is essential – a poorly planned kitchen is frustrating however beautiful it looks. But a well-planned kitchen in a design that doesn’t feel right is equally unsatisfying. Good kitchen design integrates both from the start.

We work across the full range – from complete ground-floor renovation projects to more focused kitchen replacements where the layout remains broadly the same but everything else changes. We don’t have a minimum project size. What we do ask is that wherever we’re involved, we’re given the latitude to design properly: that means a survey, a proper design process, and installation by our own team. We don’t supply kitchens for self-installation, because in our experience the results reflect poorly on everyone – and more importantly, on the homeowner who has to live with them.
